You have the right to obtain from Advertbi the deletion of Your Data (in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR), without undue delay, except in certain cases provided for by the GDPR, if one of the following reasons applies:

b. you will withdraw the consent on the basis of which the processing takes place to the extent that the processing is based exclusively on consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing;

c. you object to the processing carried out for the purpose of a public interest or for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by Advertbi and there are no legitimate reasons that prevail over your interests/fundamental rights and freedoms with regard to the processing or you object to the processing for direct marketing;

The right to restriction of processing

You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing in the following cases:

a. dispute the accuracy of Your Data, for a period that allows Advertbi to verify the accuracy of the data;

b. the processing is unlawful and you object to the deletion of Your Data, requesting instead the restriction of its use;

​

c. Advertbi no longer needs your Data for the purpose of processing, but you request them for establishing, exercising or defending a right in court;

d. you have objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21(1) of the GDPR, for the period of time in which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the operator prevail over those of the data subject.

e. The right to data portability

You have the right to receive Your Data (according to article 20 of the Regulation) that you have provided to Advertbi, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and upon transmission to another operator, without obstacles from Advertbi, if:

  • the processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6 paragraph (1) letter (a) or Article 9 paragraph (2) letter (a) of the GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Article 6 paragraph (1) letter (b) of GDPR;
